We are experts in assessing and diagnosing neurodiversity. We can help you navigate this challenging process with calm, safe, expert guidance.

Our highly specialist team of dedicated, experienced specialists provide premium diagnostic assessments. Led by Dr Georgie Siggers, one of the country’s leading consultant neurodevelopmental paediatricians, we’ve worked with thousands of concerned families to gently assess, diagnose and provide support and treatment for children with a range of conditions.

Our Diagnostic Assessments

Our range of diagnostic and screening assessments are of a high clinical standard which follow NICE guidance. Our assessments are for children and young people who may struggle with specific challenges or health concerns or those who may have neurodevelopmental conditions.

The majority of neurodiverse children we see present with overlapping conditions for example autism and ADHD, which is why the 360° and the autism and ADHD assessments are highly recommended and sought after by families seeking the best support for their children.

The  360° neurodevelopmental assessment is a comprehensive, holistic assessment of your child’s strengths and difficulties which could, if appropriate, lead to a diagnosis of a condition including; autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), developmental co-ordination disorder/dyspraxia, sensory processing difficulties, attachment disorder, developmental trauma, complex needs, learning difficulties and mental health challenges.

This assessment includes assessment for symptoms of Autistic Burnout which is a specialist area of expertise at Starjumpz.

Our experienced support team can answer your questions on the assessment options. If you are unsure of how to progress, we offer pre-paid consultations.

CQC registered

We are one of the few independent assessors to be registered and compliant with the Care Quality Commission.

This ensures, along with NICE guidelines, that we provide ‘gold standard’ assessments and support.

How and who we assess

While much of our work is with children and young people, we also work directly with parents and families, adults, schools and SEN support, adoption agencies, charities and the corporate world.

Our assessments take place in our comfortable and easy to access clinics in Crowborough or Brighton, online, school, and occasionally at home.

Our holistic approach is tailored to the individual and identifies the patterns of strengths and vulnerabilities of the young person making a diagnosis where appropriate and focusing on how challenges can be overcome.

What clients say about our assessments...

"Amazing place. Can’t thank them enough for seeing my son and properly assessing him. We’ve now got a diagnosis and peace of mind. Highly recommend!"

Mrs T

"We are so grateful to Starjumpz for their intuitive, insightful, and perceptive assessment of our daughter, and for delivering the outcome in a kind, nurturing, and neuro-affirming way which left her feeling proud of her differences and able to celebrate her many strengths and talents."

Mrs A

"Dr Siggers’ reports are thorough and detailed, her assessments look across co-occurring conditions rather than at each in isolation, and address key challenges to schools so that they can understand why our children are struggling.  This is so important, and is vital to helping others understand neurodevelopmental challenges are unique to each child."

Mrs M Corbett

"We visited Starjumpz for both a paediatric diagnostic assessment, and then an occupational therapy assessment for my son and I cannot express just how wonderful the centre is. The staff are all amazing…really put us all at ease. I do not hesitate to recommend Starjumpz to anyone and everyone! Our lives have been changed SO much for the better since coming to Starjumpz!"
